RESULTS PROVEN TRAINING!

Classes 6 days a week + open gym 7 days a week!

BUILD 

This session we have a big focus on  strengthening major muscle groups along with a lot of isolated accessory, & core work for the smaller stabilizing muscles. This is the perfect 3 day strength program for all ages and levels of training.

We work on 4 week training phases over a 12-16 week period before we test.

These sessions are run in a small group environment to ensure you are receiving that personal training experience. 

Monday- Lower body strength work + a short cardio piece to finish

 

Tuesday- Upper body strength work day + optional core, arms or cardio piece to finish

 

Thursday- A mix of lower body strength + upper body strength work

HYRBID

Our HYBRID classes are our functional fitness style sessions. 

 

These sessions increase your work capacity over a 45 minute session leading to increased strength and cardio endurance. Consisting of EMOMs, partner work and AMRAPS. 

SWEAT

Our SWEAT sessions are where we can just switch off and work. Short and intense, low impact on the body with the use of all our machines from assault runners, echo bikes, bike ergs, row ergs and ski ergs. These sessions will get the sweat up but most importantly will help improve all your energy systems leading to a fitter you!

WEIGHTLIFTING

Keen on learning how to clean, jerk and snatch correctly? 

These classes are for you. 

You will learn how to perform these lifts under the guidance of a qualified coach in a small group environment.

Each class incorporates mobility work, specific technique components followed by a strength components. 

MOBILITY

Need to improve your mobility but struggle with the accountability to do what's needed on your own?

These sessions are short but effective at helping you improve your mobility in them usual tight muscle groups ie hips, glutes, ankles, shoulders and back. o

super saturday

Our biggest team functional fitness session of the week.

These sessions the gym vibes are pumping, the sweat is flowing & the effort is 100%!!

We put a big emphasis on bringing our EMP community together for these sessions.

The perfect way to kickstart your Saturday morning.

I started PT with Luke during one of the many COVID lockdowns and then joined EMP when the gym was allowed to re-open. I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made for my overall health and wellbeing in a really long time.

The classes are well structured and constantly evolving so you never get bored. The community of members is second to none and caters for all levels of fitness from beginner to pro with endless encouragement and plenty of laughs along the way. I cannot thank the trainers, Luke and Mel enough for the environment they have created. They are genuinely great guys who really know their stuff and are invested in everyone’s progress and goals, whatever they may be. When I joined I was in a training rut and lacking in confidence but both Luke and Mel provided the perfect balance of support and tough love! I never thought lifting weights would be my thing but now deadlift Thursdays are my favourite day of the week! You just can’t help but want to be the best version of yourself around these guys.
