GROUP CLASS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING GYM
Our functional fitness based sessions.
These classes consist of conditioning with bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell, ergs and gymnastic movements aimed to get your heart rate up, sweat flowing and endorphins high, while challenging you physically & mentally.
Our Wednesday sessions are typically more functional fitness based while our Friday session is more energy system interval work followed by a core strengthening piece.
This class consists of strength compound lifts followed by accessory work. A very structured session style, where you work at your own pace within the timeframe set out.
This session we have a big focus on strengthening major muscle groups along with a lot of isolated accessory, & core work for the smaller stabilizing muscles. This is the perfect 3 day strength program for all ages and levels of training.
We work on 4 week training phases.
These sessions are run a small group capped number environment to ensure you are receiving that personal training experience.
45 minute functional fitness style session aimed to challenge our members physically and mentally.
Barbells … Dumbbells, Erg machines … we use them all !!!
These sessions the gym vibes are pumping, the sweat is flowing & the effort is 100%!!
We put a big emphasis on bringing our EMP community together for these sessions.

Keen on learning how to clean, jerk and snatch correctly?
These classes are for you.
You will learn how to perform these lifts under the guidance of a qualified coach in a small group environment.
Each class incorporates mobility work, specific technique components followed by a strength components.

YOUTH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Our youth program is for kids 12-15 years of age wanting to take their sport to the next level or eager on starting strength training
This program develops the foundational strength, fitness & mobility for our Youths, in small group capped classes to ensure coaching standards are always at their highest.
