EMP HYBRID

Love HIIT style training? Love Crossfit style training? Then this is for you.

These classes consist of conditioning with bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbell, barbell, ergs and gymnastic movements aimed to get your heart rate up, sweat flowing and endorphins high, while challenging you physically & mentally. 

EMP BUILD

This class consists of strength compound lifts followed by accessory work. A very structured session style, where you work at your own pace within the timeframe set out.

This session we have a big focus on  strengthening major muscle groups along with a lot of isolated accessory, & core work for the smaller stabilizing muscles. This is the perfect 3 day strength program for all ages and levels of training.

We work on 4 week training phases.

SUPER SATURDAY

This is our big mashup class of the week. similar to our Hybrid sessions, a mix of interval/crossfit style movements aimed to challenge our members physically and mentally. These sessions the gym vibes are pumping, usually partner or team based with a big emphasis on bringing the EMP community together. The perfect way to kickstart your weekend.

EMP WEIGHTLIFTING 

Keen on learning how to clean, jerk and snatch correctly? 

These classes are for you. 

You will learn how to perform these lifts under the guidance of a qualified coach in a small group environment.

Each class incorporates mobility work, specific technique components followed by a strength components.

ULTIMATE YOU COACHING PROGRAM

This is our coaching program that has delivered many amazing results and transformations for our members. 

If you are serious about changing for the better long term & wanting to pursue your physical potential, this is how we can help you!

This program involves working with a coach 1 on 1, following a structured plan for 12 weeks, building out better habits that will yield you greater results. 

We guarantee at the end of the 12 weeks you will see:
