We deliver the best strength and conditioning training programs for youths aged 15 and above who want to improve their sporting performance or learn how to train properly in a small group environment under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches.

-Semi professional / Professional rugby league & rugby union players 
-State / national soccer players

-National swimmers
-Australian Amateur tour tennis players  
-NSW cricketers 

Our programs are designed by strength and conditioning coaches with a combined over 20+ years of experience. Our programs and classes are perfect for teenagers either looking to improve their sporting performance or for teenagers new to training and are eager to start learning and training correctly with guidance from coaches. 

What our youth's receive when they join:

- Structured weekly strength and conditioning program with progress tracking via EMP app
- Open gym access to our fully fitted gym
- Unlimited Small group classes 6 days a week under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches
- EMP downloadable handbooks that include education on mobility, basic nutrition and performance nutrition 
- Ongoing coaching + support from our highly experienced coaches
